TrailerWorks manufactures all aluminum flap type ramp door extensions. This is our 4' extension. The extension framework is manufactured of strong, but light weight 6061-T6 extruded aluminum tubing, welded construction, and covered with .125 brite aluminum treadplate. The standard 4' ramp door extension kit includes adjustable ramp door bumpers that are 5" tall and adjustable to 7" with stationary flap bumpers. We will manufacture any size flap with adjustable bumpers both for the ramp door and the flap itself to fit any customer's car/trailer design and needs.
