Custom Aluminum Cabinet Doors For The
Do-It-Yourselfer.

TrailerWorks standard overhead cabinet door dimensions are 20" W x 12" T, although custom sizes are available. They feature a welded aluminum tube frame, insulated, and skinned with aluminum sheet metal available in a variety of colors. We use a quality chrome plated trigger latch for ease of fastening and to keep the doors securely shut while traveling. The doors are attached to the frame with hard alloy 5052 aluminum hinges. These doors are designed to fit a 13" t x 21" w. hole. |

The overall thickness of our cabinet
doors when fully assembled is one inch and they are constructed to
fit squarely in the aluminum frame for the look of quality
craftsmanship, that they are. |

Our base cabinet doors are constructed with the same quality materials and craftsmanship as our wall cabinet doors. We now have what we call two standard sized doors. The size of one door is 19 1/2" W x 28 1/2" T. The size of our new door, that we now use in our cabinetry, is 28"w x 32"t and is designed to fit in a hole that measures 29"w x 33"t . TrailerWorks will custom manufacture any size door that our customers require. |

Our standard mail order closet doors measure 19 3/4"w x 68 3/4"t and are a little smaller than the closet doors we install here in our shop due to a huge difference in shipping expense. They are designed to fit a 22"w x 70"t hole. |

We manufacture custom sized generator doors per customer request. Our standard sized generator door is 37" wide x 31" tall and are designed to fit a 38"w x 32"t hole. These doors feature all aluminum, welded construction, insulated, with a quality locking latch. Vented or non- vented models available. Any size available. |
