BSE’s Pro Dragster ramping system consists of 65” main ramp sections that are single pieces of 6061-T6 extruded aluminum, the same alloy material used in the entire system. Each ramp is a 10” wide by 2” deep channel with a center support leg. There is a welded aluminum bracket on the front of each ramp by which the entire ramp system is attached to the rear of the trailer ramp door. The second section of the ramp is the same material as the main ramp only it is 48” long. It is hinged to the main ramp with stainless steel hinges and has a 14 1/2” mini-ramp attached to the rear with the same hardware. The overall length of each ramp is 132” long! There are fold out mini- bumpers located at the junction of the first two sections of ramp for support. The mini-bumpers work with gravity to fold out and in with the corresponding movement of the ramp itself. This ramp system includes tall, fabricated aluminum door bumpers that are adjustable to allow dragsters to clear the doorway and beaver tail without high centering.  The attachment design allows the ramps to adjust in seconds to fit any wheel base vehicle that will fit in the trailer and the ramps rotate 180 degrees, fold up, and lock to the ramp door for safe transportation. The kit consists of all hardware to complete the installation and detailed instructions with illustrations. All aluminum is hand polished and there is a nonskid strip running down the center for safe wet weather loading. The shipping weight of the ramp system is 91 pounds and ships via UPS in one box. Installation time is 1 hour.

Our ramping system designs are protected by patent #5,769,593 and any and all instances of infringement on our patent rights have been investigated and litigation pursued in the past if the situation warranted it. This policy will continue.
