Wheelwell Ramp overs
Trailerworks now can engineer wheelwell rampovers for all trailers and ship a kit to be installed by our customers. From our customers measurements we custom design our rampovers to fit their trailers using our Computer Aided Design system. The price is for the pre-fabbed ramp overs is $87.50 per linear foot, meaning a set of 16' rampovers would cost about $1400. The pictures, descriptions, and explanations on your web site do not offer the true workmanship and value of the ramps you build.
I honestly didn't know what to expect when we ordered these. However the packaging, care in shipping, and detailed instructions were more than I could have asked for. The fit of these ramps is superb, and is far better than anything I could have built myself.
I have to say at first thought the cost seemed a little much. However after I saw what was shipped and looked at the amount of time it took just to package this, I feel like my brother got one hell of a bargain.
Great product, great quality of work, and I will be more than happy to refer anyone to you.
Thanks for building such a great trailer ramp. I started installing them around 5:00 p.m. yesterday and quit around 7:00 p.m. All that needs done is the aluminum trim installed around the edges. The entire job was almost too easy.

I've worked on a lot of stuff, built a lot of things, and run a company with 72 trucks on the road. Your product was one of the most customer friendly purchases I've ever made over the internet. Please feel free to use anything you wish. Good luck with future sales. Rust Christoff |

CUSTOM INTERIOR OVER WHEEL WELL RAMPS
TrailerWorks custom manufactures strong, all aluminum interior over the wheel well ramps for all enclosed trailers. Our standard ramps are 24” wide and are approximately 16’ long, but custom sizes are available. The forward sections of the ramps have fold down doors for convenient storage areas within the ramps themselves. The ramps are covered with durable, attractive bright aluminum treadplate and are completely trimmed out with aluminum. Because of aluminum construction the ramps never need painting and they never rust.
Interior Wheel Well Ramps with Storage Compartments…$1495.00 |
|
TrailerWorks also offers an economy version of our all aluminum Interior Wheel Well Ramps that do not have the storage doors, are not enclosed on the sides of the ramps, and are permanently secured for $1195.00 or $75.00 per linier foot with the standard length being 16'. |

These wheel well ramps were custom
manufactured per customer's request to be removable. The ramps
unbolt from, in this case, our installed rubber
coin covered floor and can be removed from the trailer in
front and rear sections. The ramps are all light weight aluminum,
welded construction. This customer hauls extremely
low-to-the-ground exotic sports cars so we cut the angle down
at the wheel wells by making the ramps longer with a detachable
ramp flap at the end. |
 |
|
This customer owned several exotic sports cars and race cars. We installed 32 foot long wheel well ramps with special 5 foot long detachable ramps on the end of them. We later lengthened the flaps on the ramps to go all the way to where our Pro Series Ramp System is attached to the ramp door. |
 |
|
With the addition of our Pro Series Ramping System this customer can load any car he wants without using wood or jacking his trailer. |
This trailer is a Featherlite trailer and has trailer wheel wells that are quite high, about 14" from the floor, so we had to build wheel well ramps that ended at the door at 6" high and add flaps to run to the end of the door for the customer to be able to load the Dodge Vipers he hauled. |
